Senior Site Manager – Hemel Hempstead
£300 per day CIS or £60,000 package / ASAP start Temporary or permanent
We are recruiting for an experienced RoofingSenior Site Manger / Project Managerto oversee a large social housing roofing programme in Hemel Hempstead.
You will manage a delivery team consisting of three Site Managers and two Resident Liaison Officers, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of roofing works across occupied social housing properties
- Manage and support three Site Managers and two RLOs
- Monitor programmes, budgets, quality and health and safety
- Maintain strong relationships with the client, residents and subcontractors
- Attend progress meetings and provide regular performance reports
- Ensure works are completed on time and in line with contractual requirements
Requirements
- Strong roofing experience is essential
- Previous Site Manager or Project Manager experience
- Experience delivering planned works within social housing
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites and delivery teams
- Strong client-facing, organisational and reporting skills
- Relevant construction and health and safety qualifications
The client is considering candidates on either a contracting basis at approximately £300 per day CIS or permanently at £60,000 plus package.
