You will carry out responsive and planned repairs in occupied and void properties across trades including plumbing, joinery, tiling & flooring, and kitchen/bathroom fitting.
We require an NVQ Level 2 Building Maintenance Operative (or equivalent), a CSCS Blue card, and a full UK driving licence with own tools.
