Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Skilled Labourerto join a leading social housing contractor delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services across Havant and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation, providing support to roofing teams carrying out repairs and maintenance on occupied and void social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading materials safely.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.
- Assisting with ground maintenance, painting & decorating and clean up
- Working in occupied and void social housing properties.
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures.
Essential Requirements
- Experience working withinmaintenance.
- Good understanding of health and safety on construction sites.
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work effectively as part of a team.
