Build Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trader to join our client’s reactive maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in occupied domestic properties, carrying out a range of carpentry repairs and associated general maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete a variety of carpentry repairs in domestic and social housing settings
- Ensure all works are completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents
- Deliver outstanding customer service during all visits
Requirements
- NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Carpentry or relevant qualification
- Proven experience working in social housing, council, or domestic repairs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to carry out secondary trades (desirable)
