A well-regarded facilities management company is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their maintenance team, covering commercial sites across Guildford and the surrounding area. As Electrical Engineer, you'll be responsible for keeping electrical systems running safely and efficiently across a varied portfolio of buildings, balancing planned maintenance with reactive callouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across electrical systems, distribution, and lighting
- Fault finding and repair work across a range of building services equipment
- Completing statutory testing and inspections, maintaining full compliance
- Logging jobs and updating records via the CAFM system
- Working closely with site teams to ensure consistent service delivery
What we're looking for in an Electrical Engineer:
- City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience within commercial or facilities management settings
- Full UK driving licence
