Plumber Multi Trade Required – Gloucester
Experienced Plumber Multi Trade required in the Gloucester/ Cheltenham areas on an exciting disrepairs and maintenance contract with a busy contractor.
Benefits/ details:
- Permanent opportunity
- £34,320per annum
- Post probation pay review & increase
- Van, fuel card for work use
- 20 days holiday bank holidays
- Payday every 2 weeks
- 40 hours – Monday to Friday
Plumber Multi TradeDay to Day:
- All aspects ofmaintenance work in social housing properties
- Main focus on plumbing work
- Disrepair and maintenance work
- Dealing with customers, keeping them at ease when needed, explaining works
- Completing a variety of works in various other trades
- Driving a company van safely and responsibly
- Reporting to your supervisor
Plumber Multi TradeRequirements:
- Plumbing qualification or time served
- Good multi trade experience
- Previous experience working within social housing
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Full UK driving license
- DBS will be done for successful candidate
