About the Role
Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Gas Safe Plumber to join our client’s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, assisting on the Kitchen and Bathroom upgrades and general maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a variety of works across our contracts based in the Midlands, such as move and reallocation of radiators, install bathroom suites, drain down boilers where required.
- Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.
- Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic tiling, etc.).
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits.
Requirements
- NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Plumbing AND Gas Safe registered
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Own a van / car
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable)
