A well-established passive fire protection specialist with a huge secured order book is expanding and looking for an experienced Site Installation Manager to deliver multiple large-scale PFP projects (£1–4m).
This is a site-based role for an FRA Site Manager managing fire doors and FRA remedial works across live social housing projects — all located in West London, North to South.
The Role for the FRA Site Manager
- Manage multiple PFP projects from start to finish
- Oversee fire doors, fire stopping, compartmentation & containment
- Lead direct labour and subcontractors on live sites
- Ensure full compliance with fire safety regulations and quality standards
- Act as main site contact for clients and internal teams
- Maintain programme, cost control, and digital site records
About the FRA Site Manager role
- Proven Site Manager experience within PFP / fire protection
- Strong fire door and FRA knowledge
- Experience delivering projects up to £4m
- Commercially aware and highly organised
- Social housing experience preferred
- Carpentry or hands-on fire door background advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
