Temp to Perm – Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer (Start Date: 2nd January)
We are looking for a Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider on a temp-to-perm basis starting 2nd January. This role covers multiple commercial sites across Central London, working Monday to Friday.
You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical tasks within commercial buildings, ensuring compliance, safety, and high-quality service delivery. Day-to-day duties may include lighting repairs, emergency lighting testing, fault finding, minor installations, power distribution checks, and general electrical maintenance. Some basic fabric support may also be required when needed.
Candidates must hold a minimum City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). 18th Edition is preferred but not essential. A basic DBS check will be required prior to starting.
Previous experience within facilities management or building services is essential, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while travelling between sites on foot.
