We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a programme of refurbishment and maintenance works on a site in Exminster. This is a 7-week contract starting on 13th July, ideal for a proactive manager with a strong focus on health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety inspections.
- Monitor progress and report to the project team.
- Maintain high standards of quality throughout the project.
Essential Requirements
- SMSTS qualification.
- 3-Day First Aid at Work certificate.
- Proven experience managing refurbishment and maintenance projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A highly health and safety‑conscious approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Available to start 13th July.
