With offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We are currently working with a social housing maintenance company based in and around Exeter.
Repairs Surveyor Duties:
- Carry out surveys of properties within the specified region, including Damp, Mould and Condensation inspections.
- Diagnose the cause of complex faults and failures, and manage post‑inspection works.
- Ensure high‑quality, optimum works are delivered within budget, on time, safely and to a high standard while achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction KPIs and delivering value for money through effective procurement and repair management.
What is required for the role:
- Experience with HHSRS assessments.
- Educated to Level 4 (HNC in Surveying or Construction & Built Environment or equivalent) or higher.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Social housing experience.
