We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative to provide maintenance work on MOD housing projects. Your work will be in Exeter and surrounding area. This is a permanent role and offers a Β£34,000 salary, van and fuel card. The position will start as a temp role for 12 weeks through us as an agency, then you will transfer onto a permanent contract.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • All aspects of responsive maintenance work on MOD properties
  • Completing a variety of works in various trades
  • Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, kitchen and bathroom fitting, some external work etc
  • Driving a work van safely and responsibly

Requirements

  • Honest and reliable
  • Ideally social housing/MOD experience
  • The successful candidate will have to do a DBS check and a BPSS security check and prove last 3 years employment and home addresses.
