Position Overview
Multi Trader – Temp to Perm. Location: Enfield (North & East London). Working for a Housing Association. Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services.
- Day to Day
- Carry out general maintenance in domestic properties.
- Provide good customer service by meeting and greeting tenants.
- Use a PDA.

- Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate would have experience as a maintenance operative, multi‑skilled operative or multi‑trade operative, carpenter, joiner, UPVC specialist, plumber, plasterer, handyman or similar roles, with experience in social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, council properties or MOD (Ministry of Defence).
