We specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for an electrician based in Bromley.
Day to Day:
- Reactive Maintenance
- Socket changes/lights
- Working in occupied social housing properties
- Use of PDA
- Good customer service
Benefits:

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience as an electrician, electrical tester or EICR, or in electrical maintenance, and experience in social housing or housing associations, domestic properties, council properties or MOD properties.
Certificates:
You need to have the following certificates: NVQ3 or City & Guilds Level 2 & 3, 18th Edition, 2391.
