I am looking for an Electrician to join a Social Housing contractor across Cornwall. The Electrician will be responsible for day to day repairs and fixing across domestic properties. This role offers a Van & Fuel card.

Electrician Job role details

  • Deliver works such as rewires, remedial works and day to day responsive repairs maintenance.
  • Participate in the potential out of hours service delivery on a rota basis to ensure electrical issues are dealt with promptly.
  • Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams to ensure any property related issues are highlighted and resolved promptly.
  • Undertake any required repairs in order to maintain high levels of safety, security and working conditions across properties.

  • Full driving licence
