Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join a leading social housing contractor delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services across Southampton, Winchester and Basingstoke.

The Role
- Carrying out responsive repairs and day-to-day maintenance within occupied social housing properties
- Joinery and carpentry repairs including doors, frames, locks, kitchens and general woodwork
- Completing multi-trade works including basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring repairs and damp & mould treatments
- Diagnosing repair issues and delivering high-quality first-time fixes
- Working safely and efficiently in occupied properties while providing excellent customer service
- Accurately recording completed works and updating company systems
- Participating in an out-of-hours call-out rota
Requirements
- NVQ 2/3 (City & Guilds) in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Joiner or Carpenter
- Experience within social housing, property maintenance or responsive repairs preferred
- Competent across basic plumbing, tiling, plastering and flooring repairs
- Experience carrying out damp and mould treatments is advantageous
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK Driving Licence
