The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy maintenance team working across Dunstable and the surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled Multi Trader looking for long-term, consistent work
Day-to-Day Duties
- Carrying out general carpentry repairs
- Completing plumbing repairs
- Undertaking general maintenance and repair works within residential properties
- Providing a professional and customer-focused service to residents
Requirements
- Previous experience working within residential properties
- Experience carrying out both carpentry and plumbing repairs
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 qualification in a relevant trade
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer service skills
- Professional and reliable approach to work
