Build Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a long-term, multi-phase warehouse project. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work across a well-structured programme.
Project Overview
The project will be delivered in three 16-week phases:
- Phase 1 & 3: Full external refurbishment (delap) of a warehouse, including:
- Window and door replacements
- Extensive cladding works
Requirements
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- Black CSCS Card
- First Aid Certificate
- Proven experience managing similar refurbishment and fitâout projects
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
