We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Bathroom Fitter who will provide planned works on social housing properties in Exeter. You will be dealing with customers, making them feel at ease and providing a top trades service fixing repairs to the correct standard. You will start this role on a temp basis being paid through us for 12 weeks.
Day to Day:
- Going to various properties to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance work
- All aspects of maintenance work
- Completing a variety of works in various trades
- Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, decorating etc.
- Kitchen or bathrooms fitting desirable but not essential
- Driving a company van safely
- Reporting to your Supervisor
Requirements:
- Good multi-trade experience
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Qualification in a trade would be advantageous
