JobsTrackR is seeking a Damp & Mould Operative to join a social housing reactive maintenance team in the Dunstable area. You will work 42.5 hours per week, typically Monday–Friday, with a CIS van and fuel card provided.
Responsibilities include diagnosing damp and mould problems, performing mould washes and remedial works, and handling minor repairs while ensuring customer service standards in occupied properties.
