Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Damp and Mould Operative to join a reputable contractor working on social housing properties across Croydon.
Pay: £20.50 per hour (CIS).
Start Date: ASAP.
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm.
Contract: ongoing.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and treating damp and mould in occupied and void properties.
- Carrying out repairs (anti-mould washes, redecoration, carpentry or plastering).
- Identifying underlying issues.
- Reporting needs for further action.
