We are currently recruiting for a Customer Contact Advisor to join a busy and friendly customer service team based in Eastleigh. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills looking for an immediate start.
The Role
As a Customer Contact Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing an excellent service across telephone, email, and webchat. You will handle enquiries efficiently, resolve customer issues, and ensure every interaction is dealt with professionally and empathetically.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and webchat.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Resolve customer queries and identify the most appropriate solutions.
- Accurately update customer records and use internal systems.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
- Maintain a calm and professional approach when dealing with challenging situations.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Enjoys helping people and delivering a positive customer experience.
- Is confident using computers and learning new systems.
- Has good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Previous contact centre experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
One late finish until 7:00pm on Thursdays on a rota basis
No weekend or bank holiday working
