Plumber – Social Housing Day-to-Day Repairs

We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join our team, carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in Croydon.
You will be responsible for attending properties to diagnose and complete plumbing repairs where required. The role involves working in occupied homes, providing a professional service and completing repairs to a high standard.
Duties may include:
- Day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults
- Repairing leaks, taps, toilets, sinks and pipework
- Replacing plumbing fixtures and fittings
- Basic bathroom and kitchen repairs
- Working in occupied and unoccupied social housing properties
- Completing jobs within agreed timescales
- Keeping work areas clean, safe and tidy
- Providing a professional and customer-focused service
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing – essential
- Proven experience as a Plumber
- Previous social housing or property maintenance experience desirable
- Strong knowledge of domestic plumbing
- Full UK driving licence required
