We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for producing high-quality brand assets across both print and digital channels. This is a hands‑on role for someone early in their design career who wants broad exposure across B2C and B2B marketing, working on everything from retail POS and in‑store displays to digital campaigns, social content, email and website assets. You’ll work closely with the wider marketing and creative team, contributing to real projects while developing your craft in a supportive, fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and adapt creative assets across print and digital, including: Retail POS, in‑store displays, posters and flyers, social media assets (organic and paid), email marketing visuals, website and landing page assets.
- Support the rollout of integrated campaigns across B2C and B2B audiences, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Work from creative briefs and brand guidelines, learning how to translate objectives into clear, engaging visual solutions.
- Assist with resizing, versioning and localisation of assets for different channels, formats and markets.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers and external partners to deliver work on time and to brief.
- Help maintain organised file structures and shared asset libraries.
- Stay curious about design trends, retail environments and emerging formats, bringing fresh thinking and ideas to the team.
Required Skills
- 2 years’ experience in a graphic design role.
- A portfolio demonstrating a mix of print and digital work, ideally including retail, social or campaign assets.
- Competency of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- A good eye for layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
- Comfortable working across both consumer and professional / trade audiences.
- Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Open to feedback, collaborative, and keen to develop creatively.

- Experience working with established brand guidelines.
- Basic understanding of digital best practice (social formats, email constraints, web layouts).
