We are currently recruiting for an experienced Damp & Mould Operative to work with one of our social housing clients in Croydon, within their Disrepair Team.
The role will involve carrying out damp and mould works, alongside basic secondary repairs within occupied social housing properties.
Requirements:
- Experience in damp and mould works
- Experience carrying out basic secondary repairs
- Level 2 NVQ, City & Guilds or Blue CSCS in a core trade
- Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
- Social housing experience is desirable
- Good customer service skills
