An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Contract Manager to join a growing social housing repairs and maintenance contract across the Midlands region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in gas compliance, repairs and maintenance, who is confident managing operational performance, health & safety compliance, and customer-focused service delivery.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of gas compliance operations across a social housing portfolio, ensuring contractual, commercial and safety targets are consistently achieved. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing gas compliance, servicing, repairs and maintenance operations
  • Ensuring all statutory and health & safety requirements are met
  • Monitoring contractor and direct labour performance
  • Managing budgets, KPIs and operational performance

About You

To be considered, you will ideally have:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Domestic Plumbing (or equivalent)
  • Domestic Gas qualifications including CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1
  • Experience managing gas compliance contracts within social housing or property maintenance
