An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Contract Manager to join a growing social housing repairs and maintenance contract across the Midlands region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in gas compliance, repairs and maintenance, who is confident managing operational performance, health & safety compliance, and customer-focused service delivery.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of gas compliance operations across a social housing portfolio, ensuring contractual, commercial and safety targets are consistently achieved. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing gas compliance, servicing, repairs and maintenance operations
- Ensuring all statutory and health & safety requirements are met
- Monitoring contractor and direct labour performance
- Managing budgets, KPIs and operational performance
About You
To be considered, you will ideally have:
- NVQ Level 2 in Domestic Plumbing (or equivalent)
- Domestic Gas qualifications including CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1
- Experience managing gas compliance contracts within social housing or property maintenance
