Commercial Gas Engineer
Location: Odiham, Hook
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £50,000 benefits (dependent on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established and supportive team based in Odiham. This is a permanent, full-time role covering multiple sites, delivering both installation and maintenance services with a strong emphasis on compliance, safety, and reliability.

Please note: Security vetting will be required as part of the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on commercial gas systems
  • Install commercial pipework and plant equipment within boiler rooms
  • Service and maintain commercial gas boilers, hot water cylinders, and associated systems
  • Replace gas meters and booster sets
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
  • Ensure all works comply with current gas safety regulations and company standards

Requirements

  • Valid commercial gas qualification (e.g., COCN1) – essential
  • Strong mechanical background with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience maintaining commercial gas systems in a similar environment
  • Full UK driving licence
