Commercial Gas Engineer (Mobile) - Cornwall

£40,000 - £42,000 van (private use), fuel card and over time

Our client isestablished Facilities Maintenance client is looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team in Cornwall. This is a great opportunity for a engineer who is looking for a 40 hour week with a great benefits package. The work will only be in Cornwall and not any further.

You will be required to carry out HVAC, Planned Maintenance (PPMs), Reactive works M&E repairs and be able to carry out minor projects/installations for specific trade associated systems.

Requirements:

  • Full driving licence and the ability to get a DBS
  • ACS in Domestic & Commercial Gas with elements
  • Oil OFTEC servicing
  • Plumbing tasks, basic repairs, water heater repairs etc.
  • Small General fabric repairs
