We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Principal Facade Contractor for an exciting prestigious hotel refurbishment in Central London , with work starting imminently .

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on a high-profile project involving a range of façade systems, working with one of the industry's most respected contractors.

Scope of Works

  • Doors & Windows
  • Curtain Walling
  • Rainscreen Cladding
  • GRC Panels

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing all day-to-day site operations from installation through to completion.
  • Coordinating and supervising site teams, subcontractors and labour.
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
  • Carrying out regular quality inspections and ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Managing site Health & Safety and ensuring full compliance with company procedures and legislation.
  • Conducting daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inductions.
  • Reviewing and implementing RAMS.
  • Coordinating material deliveries, storage and logistics.
  • Liaising with the client, main contractor, design teams and internal management.
  • Monitoring programme progress and reporting any delays or issues.
  • Managing snagging, defects and ensuring successful project handover.
  • Keeping accurate site records, diaries and progress reports.
  • Attending progress meetings and providing regular updates.
  • Ensuring all works comply with current building regulations, CWCT standards and project specifications.
  • Driving productivity whilst maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards.

Essential Requirements

SMSTS Black CSCS Card First Aid at Work Proven experience managing façade packages including Curtain Walling, Cladding, Windows & Doors Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard
