Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Estimator to join their commercial team, based in their state-of-the-art offices in Fenchurch Street, London. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Estimator looking to join a dynamic, fast-paced business offering fast-track career progression and long-term stability.
The Role
As Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a range of fire protection projects. You will work closely with senior management, operations, and supply chain partners to ensure bids are commercially sound and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
- Analysing drawings, specifications, and client requirements
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
- Identifying value engineering opportunities and commercial risks
- Working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
About You
- Proven experience as an Estimator within a fast-moving construction environment
- Backgrounds outside of fire protection will be considered, including:
