Build Recruitmentare proud to be representing a leading social housing contractorbased in the London area who are looking for a highly skilled Site Manager to join their team in Chichesteron a temporary basis.
Day to Day duties of the Site Manager:
- Deliver the planned works project and SHDF works onsocial housing properties
- Works will consist of a external and SHDF works (Windows, doors, air-source heat pumps, solar panels etc..)
- General oversight of trades operatives and subcontractorsensuring health & safety is followed on site.
- Carry out toolbox talks
- Ensure targets are met to a high standard and within time/budgets
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Manual driving licence
- Minimum of 2 years managing trades onsite
- Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the industry
- Social housing planned maintenance experience
