Are you an experienced Estimator looking to play a key role in one of the UK’s fastest-growing building safety and façade remediation sectors? We are working with a specialist contractor delivering complex cladding remediation, façade replacement, fire safety and building safety projects across the UK. With a strong order book and significant pipeline of secured and upcoming projects, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Estimator to strengthen their pre-construction team.

The Role

As Senior Estimator, you will take ownership of multiple tenders and work closely with operational and commercial teams to secure profitable projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading tenders from enquiry through to submission
  • Producing accurate cost plans, estimates and pricing schedules
  • Reviewing specifications, drawings and tender documentation
  • Managing subcontractor and supplier enquiries
  • Value engineering and identifying commercial opportunities
  • Attending client meetings and tender interviews
  • Supporting handovers to delivery teams following contract award
  • Working on cladding remediation, façade replacement, fire safety and building safety schemes

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven estimating experience within construction
  • Experience within cladding remediation, façade, roofing, refurbishment, remediation or building safety projects is highly desirable
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, ambitious approach with a desire to progress

  • £65,000 - £75,000 Basic Salary
