Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter for maintenance work within domestic properties covering Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey. The Carpenter will be a van-mobile operative, receiving a van, fuel card, and any specialist tools required.
Hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Carry out carpentry repairs in void and occupied domestic properties
- Kitchen and bathroom fitting and repairs, replacing woodwork (bannisters, floorboards, skirting etc)
- Hanging doors, changing door locks, force entry doors
- Record all jobs and tasks using the PDA system
- Follow Health & Safety policies; use provided PPE
Qualifications:
- Experienced Carpenter with experience in domestic maintenance
- Recognised carpentry qualifications (NVQ)
- Full UK Driving Licence
