Electrician – Social Housing (East Anglia)
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Van & Fuel Card Supplied
Permanent – Full Time
Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Electrician to join our client’s maintenance team, carrying out electrical repairs and testing across social housing properties throughout East Anglia.
Day-to-day duties:
- Reactive and planned maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties
- Fault finding, repairs, and installation work
- Testing and inspection (EICRs)
- Ensuring all work meets current electrical and health & safety regulations
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- AM2 qualified
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience working in social housing environments
- Willing to travel across the East Anglia region
