Are you an ambitious Business Development Manager looking for an opportunity to make a real impact within a growing business? We're recruiting for a Business Development Manager to cover London and the South East, focused on developing new client relationships and driving growth across M&E maintenance and hard services.
This is a role for someone who enjoys getting in front of clients, creating opportunities and building a strong pipeline of new business. You'll be supported by an established commercial, pricing and bid team, allowing you to concentrate on developing relationships and securing new opportunities.
About You:
- Proven track record in business development, sales or client relationship management
- Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills
- A proactive and driven approach to winning new business
- Able to work independently whilst contributing to wider team objectives
- Experience within Facilities Management, M&E, Building Services, Construction or a similar sector is advantageous but not essential
