We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong CAFM implementation experience to join a national property solutions contractor as part of their major Facilities Management transformation programme.
Working as part of an established programme team, you'll play a key role in the implementation of a new CAFM solution, partnering closely with the vendor throughout configuration, process mapping, data flows and solution build.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process mapping for your assigned workstream.
- Work closely with the vendor during configuration and delivery.
- Analyse and document business processes and data flows.
- Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the programme.
- Proactively identify risks, issues and opportunities for improvement.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience delivering CAFM implementations as a Business Analyst.
- Strong business process mapping and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience working with third-party software vendors.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions.
