Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services across the built environment. We are seeking a Building Safety Manager based in Stratford.

Day to Day for Building Safety Manager:

  • Lead building safety management for allocated buildings
  • Manage a team and work closely with the strategic building safety team
  • Deliver building safety duties in line with policies, strategy and BSR requirements
  • Prepare and maintain building safety case files, reports and hazard assessments
  • Conduct regular building safety risk assessments
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams: Housing, Development, Major works, H&S
  • Collaborate with external partners: Contractors, Consultants, Regulators, Fire & Rescue
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and service charge reporting for building safety and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and value for money
