Mention any relevant training or certifications you have, like your CPCS or NPORS ticket, and share examples of how you've maintained safety standards in past roles.

Be Punctual and Reliable

Construction sites thrive on reliability, so make sure to highlight your punctuality and dependability during the interview. Share instances where you've gone above and beyond to ensure tasks were completed on time, as this will resonate well with potential employers looking for a trustworthy team member.

Ask Questions

Don’t forget to prepare some questions for your interviewer! Inquire about the specific duties you'll be handling, the team you'll be working with, or any challenges they foresee on the site. This shows your genuine interest in the role and helps you gauge if it's the right fit for you.
