Build Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a leading housing maintenance provider to recruit 3 experienced Electricians on a temp to perm basis, covering Bracknell and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with a reputable organisation delivering essential electrical services across social housing properties.
The Role
You’ll be part of a dedicated electrical team responsible for delivering a 5-year cyclical testing programme across residential properties and communal areas, as well as providing a high-quality repairs service to residents.
Duties will include:
- Electrical testing and inspections (EICRs)
- Reactive repairs and fault finding
- Testing and works on void properties
- Electrical works as part of planned programmes (kitchens, bathrooms, heating upgrades)
- Communal lighting upgrades
- Working across Ascot, Windsor, Bracknell, Sandhurst, Reading, Slough and surrounding areas
Customer service is at the heart of this role – you’ll be the face of the organisation in residents’ homes, delivering work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
What We’re Looking For
- 18th Edition qualification (essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience working within social housing (highly advantageous)
- Experience with NICEIC certification or similar software
- Proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
