We are looking for an experienced Bathroom Fitter to work on social housing properties in North Cornwall from Bodmin up to Bude.
Salary & Benefits
Permanent, full time. Salary £35,000–£38,000 per annum plus a van and fuel card.
Responsibilities
- Competent in the full process of ripping out old bathrooms and installing new ones to specification.
- Tiling, paneling, flooring, sealing, painting, installing sink, bath, toilet, etc.
- Deliver work to the correct standard.
- Communicate with customers as required, remaining friendly and polite.
- Report progress to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Extensive experience fitting bathrooms.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good references from previous bathroom fitting jobs.
- DBS check will be carried out.
- Honest and reliable; good attitude.
- Plumbing qualifications desirable.
