Plumber Multi Trade - Dorset - Voids and Response
We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Plumber Multi Trade to provide a maintenance service on void MOD properties. You will be working on jobs in Dorset and covering the local area mainly Bovindon, Blandford and Poole.
- 40 hours per week
- Van and fuel card included
- Annual salary £34-36,000
- This role is 13 weeks temp to perm and can be paid CIS or PAYE during temp period.
Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:
- Responsive work in void MOD properties
- Completing a variety of works in various trades
- Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, some external work etc
- Getting property ready for the next tenant
- Some responsive maintenance as well as the void work
- Reporting progress to your supervisor
- Driving a company van safely and responsibly
Multiskilled Operative Requirements:
- Good multi-trade experience
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Ideally social housing/ MOD experience
The successful candidate will have to do a DBS check and a BPSS security check.
This is a really exciting opportunity for someone with skills in all trades with a bias towards plumbing to use that knowledge in the Dorset and surrounding area with a busy and well liked contractor.
