Assistant Estimator

£35,000 - £45,000 Package
The Role
You’ll support the preparation of competitive tenders across a range of social housing contracts, including:
- Assisting with cost estimates for planned maintenance and refurbishment projects
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents
- Obtaining subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Supporting tender submissions and pricing exercises
- Working closely with commercial and operational teams throughout the bid process
About You
- Previous experience within an estimating or commercial role
- Social housing, planned works or property services experience is highly desirable
- Strong Excel skills and good commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Construction-related qualification or equivalent experience is advantageous
