Bid Writer – Social Housing 3-Month FTC
Our client, an established contractor within the social housing sector, is looking for an experienced Bid Writer to join the business on a three-month fixed-term contract.
Salary: £45,000 per annum, pro rata
You will produce compelling responses for PQQs and ITTs, develop case studies, maintain the bid content library and collaborate with operational teams to deliver high-quality submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Write persuasive responses for PQQs, ITTs and case studies
- Manage multiple submissions and competing deadlines
- Maintain and improve the bid content library
- Ensure consistency across brand messaging and tone of voice
- Work with operational teams to gather technical information
- Support wider business development and growth objectives
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bid writing experience within construction or social housing
- Excellent written communication, grammar and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Effective stakeholder management and teamwork skills
- Competent IT and Microsoft Office skills
- A self-motivated, adaptable and independent approach
Desirable
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- APMP Foundation certification
