We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a groundworkerbased in Bedford.
Day to Day for groundworker – Reactive Maintenance:
- Carrying day to day general maintenance in domestic properties
- Good costumer service, meeting and greeting tenants
- Using a PDA
- Fast paced environment working on small day to day repairs

The ideal candidate for this position would have experience as a groundworker or landscaper or ground maintenance operative or builder or bricklayer or maintenance operative or multi skilled operative or multi trade operative ormulti trader or carpenter or joiner or UPVC specialist or plumber or plumber multi trader or plasterer or plasterer multi traderor multi trade operative or multi skilled operative or maintenance operative or handyman with experience in social housing or housing associations or domestic properties or council properties or MOD (Minstry of defense).
