We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced multiskilled operative to provide maintenance service on a large NHS building. You will be based on one site and be part of a team. Permanent role offering Β£35,360 per annum plus van and fuel card. Weekly pay. This position will start temp for 12 weeks through us as an agency then you will transfer onto a permanent contract on the books.
Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:
- All aspects of maintenance work on an NHS building
- Completing a variety of works in various trades to the spec required
- Carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, tiling, some external work etc.
- Plastering experience would be a bonus
- Driving a work van safely and responsibly
- Reporting to your supervisor
Multiskilled Operative Requirements:
- Good multi-trade experience
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Varied maintenance experience
- Full UK driving licence
