Permanent £39,000–£42,000 per year Company Van & Fuel Card

We are currently recruiting for an experiencedElectricianto join a busy and friendly team carrying outelectrical maintenance on MOD domestic properties across Taunton and surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrician looking forsecure, permanent work, with a competitive salary, company van and fuel card.

The Package

• £39,000–£42,000 per year

• £42,000 available for candidates holding a 2391 qualification

• Company van

• Fuel card

• 20days holiday bank holidays

• 40 hours per week

• Permanent position

Electrician – The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance and repairs on domestic properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Duties will include:

• Carrying out electrical maintenance and repairs on domestic properties

• Fault finding and problem solving

• Carrying out electrical testing where required

• Completing remedial works

• Providing a professional service to customers

• Reporting to the Supervisor and keeping them updated on completed works

• Completing job sheets and relevant paperwork

• Travelling between properties in a company van

• Driving the company vehicle safely and responsibly

Electrician – Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent

• 18th Edition

• 2391 qualification desirable

• Good experience carrying out domestic electrical maintenance

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Full UK driving licence

• Good customer service and communication skills

• Reliable with good timekeeping

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
