- We are recruiting for an
- Assistant Site Manager to join a long-term roofing and cladding project in
Ashford .
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced Site Manager on a major refurbishment programme involving the removal of asbestos roofing and installation of new Kingspan roofing sheets.
As the
Assistant Site Manager , you will support the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
A key aspect of the role will be overseeing quality inspections, snagging, and progress reporting using digital site management software.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Site Manager with the daily running of site operations
- Monitoring health & safety compliance and site standards
- Managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities
- Carrying out quality inspections and snagging works

Requirements
- Previous experience as an

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence essential
