My client is a leading construction interior specialist sub-contractor working alongside blue chip contractors on some of the most prestigious commercial office projects throughout the UK.
The Estimator Role
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for tendering the interior sub-contract packages for projects valued up to £500k. Present financial overview of bid allowing assessment of value engineering proposals and commercial amendments. Attending and organizing handover meetings and project progress meetings.
The Successful Estimator
- This role would be ideally suited to any Estimator with an understanding of interiors packages such as internal glazing, joinery, ceilings and drywall with the desire and ambition to take their career to the stage with one of London's market leading interiors sub-contractors.
- Background in construction interior fit-out projects.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritise as required, at any one time.
- Able to work well alone as well as part of a wider team.
