The Site / Project Manager Role:
They are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Managers and site based No.1 Project Managers. This role will be crucial in the successful delivery of construction and refurbishment programmes, relating to Production / Manufacturing / Logistic / Distribution projects, for a number of blue chip clients throughout the UK. The role would ideally be suited to a Site / Project Manager who comes from a Construction background, with broad experience in design and build and contractual knowledge, who understands Groundworks, Frame and Building envelope (Cladding) is essential.

The Successful Site / Project Manager:
- Previous experience working on projects relating to Production / Manufacturing / Logistic / Distribution related construction and refurbishment projects
- Relevant CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Qualifications
- Able to collate information from his team to prepare and present the project report.
- Sufficient communication skills to deal with members of the public and other pertinent parties
- Sufficient IT, numeracy and literacy skills to fulfil position responsibilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of plant operations, maintenance and capabilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety rules, regulations and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to complete all necessary paperwork associated with areas of responsibility.
