The Bid Coordinator Role Based out of their Leeds office they are looking for Bid Coordinator / Administrator responsible for the initial review of incoming project enquiries and identify brief scope; CRM management of enquiries; assist with booking in orders.
Overall you will provide administrative, sales support and general assistance to the Business Development Team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities Manage the enquiry process and assist with the preparation of sales enquiries, in the requisite format.
Promote the Companys products and services with confidence and commitment.
Assist with the production of proposals and quotations to clients and potential clients.
Examine and analyse tender documentation to assist the Sales Team.
Assist with forecast sales volumes and help develop a list of opportunities to be tracked on a regular basis.
Work with Bid Managers to ensure all ongoing project intel is kept up to date.
Establish a sales support relationship for day-to-day management of the accounts.
Communicate with all internal departments as necessary to ensure the clients requirements are understood.
Develop technical skills, as required, to ensure adequate support of all necessary activities including Database management, internet searching and use, and spreadsheet input.
Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
All CRM tasking is regularly monitored, audited and reviewed ensuring actions are carried out and acted upon within specified time frames.
